Rocio Medina-Bolivar

Rocio Medina-Bolivar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and finance. Currently serving as Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since September 2025, Rocio previously held multiple roles at the Inter-American Development Bank from October 2000 to August 2025, including Country Manager and Operations Senior Advisor. In these roles, Rocio was instrumental in facilitating public-private partnerships in the Andean Region. Rocio holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Harvard Law School and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
