Ryan Filiberto P. Botengan

Ryan Filiberto P. Botengan is an accomplished Environmental Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since December 2023 and has served as the Director of RHR Consult Services, Inc. since January 2013, focusing on Environmental Management and Permitting. Previously, Ryan was the Business Development Manager at Pollisco-Botengan Consulting, where responsibilities included addressing Environmental Management and Socio-Cultural Concerns from June 2015 to May 2024. Early career experience includes roles such as Licensing Officer II and OIC of the Legal Services Division at the Optical Media Board from June 2008 to February 2017. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Environmental Studies and Intellectual Property Laws from Far Eastern University Institute of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños.
