Currently serving as President of StoreBound since September 2016, DeStefano drives innovation in retail by merging a tech start-up approach with traditional housewares. Prior to StoreBound, DeStefano served on the Board of Directors for the International Housewares Association and held various high-level positions at Lenox, including President where brand transformations and global expansion efforts significantly increased sales. Previous roles include President of Rosenthal USA, where DeStefano successfully turned around business performance, and various leadership positions at Lenox focused on marketing, product development, and revenue growth. DeStefano began their career as a Corporate Buyer at Macy's, with a strong educational foundation in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University.
