Tammy Berkhoudt

Tammy Berkhoudt, JD, CIPP/US, CC, currently serves as the Board Attorney for ISC2, providing legal counsel to the Board of Directors of a leading cybersecurity member association since January 2018. Tammy's contributions include enhancing governance practices and spearheading special projects related to policy development. Prior to this role, Tammy was a Partner at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, advising clients on cybersecurity and privacy business strategies, and drafted commercial contracts. Tammy also held the position of Shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and Snow, Christensen & Martineau, where expertise in privacy and cybersecurity was leveraged to manage litigation, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through data-related issues. Tammy's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, along with specialized education in European Union Law and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Washington.
