Jaime E. McNair-Benn, Esq., ARM has a diverse work experience in various roles. Most recently, they served as the Global Sr. Lead-Enterprise Governance and Compliance at International Justice Mission, where they were responsible for developing and managing the organization's Global Compliance Framework. Prior to this, they held the position of University Risk and Compliance Manager at St. Edward's University, where they oversaw the institution's risk and compliance program. They also worked as an Attorney at McNair Law and Mediation, PLLC. Additionally, they have experience as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Jackson State University, a Compliance Officer at Digestive Health Center, PA, a Legal Extern at Children's Home Society of Florida, and a Legal Assistant at Mulder Law Group.
Jaime E. McNair-Benn, Esq., ARM has a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Arts/Political Science and a minor in Journalism from Georgia Southern University. Furthermore, they possess a Master of Arts (MA) in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2016, they completed a program in Mediation and Negotiation called "Litigating the Mediated Case" at Pepperdine Law. Additionally, they obtained their high school degree from Norcross High School, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. They have further certifications including an Associate in Risk Management from The Institutes, a Notary Public Commission from the State of Texas, and a license to practice law from The Mississippi Bar obtained in 2015.
