Jennifer Nedbalek

Jennifer Nedbalek is an experienced educator and instructional support professional currently serving as a Special Education Instructional Assistant and Substitute Teacher at International Leadership of Texas and ESS, respectively. With a background in substitute teaching across multiple school districts, including Harmony Public Schools and Bryan ISD, Jennifer has developed skills in classroom management, lesson implementation, and collaboration with staff. Additionally, Jennifer has extensive experience in leadership roles within various direct sales companies, including Scentsy and Younique, showcasing strong customer relations and product promotion abilities. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing another Master's degree in History, alongside certification in Special Education and English Language Arts.
