Nadia Ayala

Nadia Ayala is a highly experienced educator who has held various leadership positions in educational institutions. Nadia currently serves as Dallas Area Superintendent at International Leadership of Texas, where Nadia also holds the title of Executive Officer and Principal of ILTexasVS High School. Prior to this, Nadia worked as an ESL Teacher Independent Contractor and Chief Academic Officer at the same institution. With a background in mathematics, Nadia has also worked at Dallas ISD as an Associate Principal, Program Specialist, and Instructional Math Coach. Nadia has a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas-Pan American.
