Adaeze Iloeje-Udeogalanya is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of African Women in STEM, Adaeze focuses on empowering women in science and technology fields. In addition, Adaeze serves as an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network and was a Founding Team Member of WOMEN IN WEB3. Previously, Adaeze held the positions of Senior Project Manager at South Jersey Industries and Senior Director at PS&S, showcasing a strong track record in project management and strategic leadership.
