Owiny John Paul is a seasoned Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) professional with extensive experience managing and implementing water and sanitation projects across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior WASH Program Manager at International Lifeline Fund since January 2022, Owiny has previously held key positions such as Program Manager at The Water Trust and WASH Project Manager/Engineer at Uganda Red Cross Society, where responsibilities included managing responses to emergencies and recovery for refugees and host communities. Owiny's background also includes roles with AMREF Uganda, Danish Refugees Council, Action Against Hunger, World Vision Uganda, Norwegian Refugees Council, Concern Worldwide, and GOAL Relief and Development Organisation, emphasizing expertise in project management, engineering, and construction supervision. Owiny holds a Master’s degree in Water and Sanitation Engineering and multiple qualifications in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University and Uganda Technical Colleges.
