Sam Taylor

Sam is responsible for three Customer Service Section Managers and ultimately for the Account Managers and Customer Service Executives that work with them. He is responsible for the satisfaction of their fulfilment clients and ensuring that their rigorous service standards are upheld by every member of the Customer Service team. He also negotiates commercials with clients, conducts and chairs reviews and looks at the ways they can help their clients develop and be more successful. I am responsible for the strategic growth of the fulfillment division and ensuring their people have the tools they need to succeed and exceed their customers expectations.
