James Kim

James Kim, MSHRM, serves as the HR Manager for US Programs at International Medical Corps since October 2016, where responsibilities include onboarding, maintenance of HRIS databases, and liaising with Payroll and IT departments. Additionally, James has experience as a Freelance Photographer since November 2003, contributing to various media outlets and events. Previous roles include Foreign Content Manager at Visang Education Inc, where oversight of video production and editorial content was key, and EPIK HR Coordinator, focused on recruiting and hiring foreign teachers in Korea. James completed a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Southern California in 2021 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.
