Julie Taft

Julie Taft currently serves as the Senior Director of the Global Technical Unit at International Medical Corps, a position held since November 2023. As the Founder of Bloco A since July 2018, Julie Taft has dedicated efforts to address social injustice for women and girls in Brazil, focusing on access to essential health services. Julie Taft has also been actively involved as a Board Member for the African Entrepreneur Collective since 2013 and previously held the role of Humanitarian Director at the International Planned Parenthood Federation from October 2019 to July 2023. Extensive experience includes positions as a Global Sexual and Reproductive Health Consultant and Senior Technical Advisor in reproductive health. Julie Taft is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, with an impressive educational background that includes a Master's in Reproductive and Sexual Health Research and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
