Chris Taylour

Chris Taylour has a strong background in finance and accounting. Chris began their career in 2001 at Portland Business & Financial Solutions Ltd as an Accountant & Insolvency Administrator. Chris then worked at Advanced Resource Managers as a Management Accountant and later as a Project Accountant. In 2013, they joined Serocor Solutions, where they held various roles including Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Management Accountant, and Project Accountant. After that, they worked at Randstad CPE as a Commercial Finance Manager. In 2014, they were employed by BE Insulation (UK) Ltd & Carbon Reduction Company (UK) Ltd as a Finance Manager on a contract basis. Later in 2015, they joined Hanson Aggregates Marine Ltd as a Marine Accountant/Finance Manager on a fixed-term contract. Chris then worked at Williams Trade Supplies Ltd as a Financial Controller, responsible for overseeing the Finance team. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Senior Accountant at Affinion International Ltd, managing a team and preparing monthly and quarterly accounts for multiple European countries. Most recently, they joined SPB Group as a Financial Controller, and they are currently the Head of Finance at International Medical Group (IMG).

Chris Taylour attended Oxford Brookes University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computing Mathematics. Chris achieved a 2ii classification for their degree. In 2000, they studied at Fareham College and obtained a qualification as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) with an NVQ in Accounting. From 2003 to 2010, Chris attended Solent University and was awarded membership of 'The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants' (CIMA) during this period. Before attending university, Chris Taylour studied at the Royal Hospital School from 1988 to 1995, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.
