Michele Fagan

Michele Fagan has extensive experience in account management and human resources, currently serving as an Account Manager at International Medical Group since December 2016 and as an IU Health Employer Services Coordinator at SIHO Insurance Services since October 2014. Prior to these roles, Michele held the position of HR Director at Reese Central Wholesale, INC. from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities included providing HR support to over 160 employees and ensuring compliance with various benefit programs. Additionally, Michele served as VP of Client Retention at Key Benefit Administrators from March 1987 to December 2004, where management of a six-member team focused on retaining employer group benefit plans and developing strategies to mitigate healthcare costs.
