Fiorela Rojas

Fiorela Rojas has extensive experience in administrative coordination and program management, currently serving as a Sr. Administrative Coordinator at the International Monetary Fund since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing divisional social initiatives and overseeing a training and welfare budget of $80K. Previously, as a Programs Analyst at the IMF, Fiorela administered training seminars and workshops, coordinating logistical arrangements and liaising with participants. Prior experience at the Inter-American Development Bank included roles in the Information Technology Department overseeing procurement activities and in the Knowledge and Learning Sector managing conferences, where Fiorela orchestrated 160 events annually with significant budgets. Fiorela holds degrees in Health and Medical Policy and Communication from George Mason University.
