Nihal Haider

Nihal Haider is a Research Analyst at the International Monetary Fund since November 2022, with prior experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) focusing on Global Trade & Policy. Nihal has held positions as an Institutional Business Analyst at Briell Pharmaceuticals and as a Research Assistant at the Social Innovation Lab. Additionally, Nihal served as a Cultural Ambassador for the U.S. Department of State and interned in the Assets Rehabilitation Group at MCB Bank Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master's in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BSc (Hons) with Double Majors in Economics and Political Science from the Lahore School of Economics.
