André Sabbah

Head of Institutional Legal Services at International Olympic Committee

André Sabbah is the Head of Institutional Legal Services at the International Olympic Committee. André has a wealth of experience in international law, having worked as an Associate Legal Officer at the ICTY from December 2005 to September 2007. In this role, they provided advice to the Registrar on legal and policy matters, negotiated and drafted complex contracts, and assisted in the negotiation and settlement of claims and disputes arising from ICTY activities. André also participated in various committees and boards, conducted legal research, and prepared memoranda on a wide range of public and private international law issues.

André Sabbah has a LLM in Public International Law with Specialisation in International Criminal Law from Leiden University, a Doctor of Law (JD) in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, James E.
