Eugene Chupikov

Eugene Chupikov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project assistance, financial relations, and investment development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Assistant for Cash-Based Interventions at IOM - UN Migration since April 2023, Chupikov previously held key roles at the International Rescue Committee and OMEGA LLC, where responsibilities included managing partnerships, negotiating with international financial institutions, and exploring financing strategies. Prior to that, significant contributions were made at the Private Logistic Group of Companies in investment and new business development, as well as at PSC «EVRAZ DMZ» in compliance and cost optimization. Chupikov's career began at PJSC «Promeconombank» and ATB Market Ltd, focusing on international payment systems and purchasing management. Chupikov holds a Master's degree in Banking from Dnipropetrovsk National University.
