Flaka Ismaili is an experienced professional currently serving as a Project Manager at IOM - UN Migration and an External Consultant for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo since January 2024. Prior to this, Flaka held multiple positions at the Center for European Policy Analysis, including Senior Program Officer and Program Officer for Business Development from February 2022 to January 2024. Flaka's career includes roles at M.M. LaFleur as a Customer Liaison and Social Media Manager, and several legislative roles under U.S. Senator Jeff Flake, ranging from Legislative Assistant to Intern, from July 2014 to 2019. Flaka's early experience includes positions at LDS Philanthropies, AidData, and as a teaching assistant in the BYU Foreign Language Department. Flaka Ismaili holds a degree from Brigham Young University and has additional education from American University in Kosovo.
