Marta Foresti

Marta Foresti is a seasoned professional in the fields of policy, governance, and evaluation, currently serving as Founder and CEO of LAGO-COLLECTIVE since October 2022, where a community of designers, researchers, and policymakers collaborates on finding local solutions to global challenges. Marta holds the position of Senior Advisor to the Executive Office at IOM - UN Migration and also serves as Senior Advisor at Moleskine Foundation. Since January 2006, Marta has been associated with ODI in various roles, including Visiting Senior Fellow and Executive Director - ODI Europe. Additionally, Marta is a Visiting Senior Fellow at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has held significant positions in the Italian Ministry of Economics and Finance, Save the Children UK, and Tavistock Institute of Human Relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from LSE and an MPhil in Logic and Philosophy of Science from Università degli Studi di Milano.
