Paola Alvarez

Paola Alvarez is a Senior Regional Thematic Specialist at OIM - ONU Migration, with extensive experience in facilitating labour mobility, social inclusion, and integration of migration into development planning. Paola holds a PhD in Anthropology and Sociology of Development, as well as a Master's degree in Development Studies. Paola has worked with various international organizations and has a strong background in program management, capacity development, and policy advice in the field of migration and development.
