Alexandra Fogarty M.D.

Sustainability Task Force Leader at International Pain & Spine Intervention Society

Alexandra Fogarty, MD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah Health since September 2024. Fogarty is also active with the Spine Intervention Society as a leader of the Sustainability Task Force and a member of the Evidence Analysis Committee, focusing on developing systematic reviews related to interventional spine topics. A recent Pain Medicine Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital from July 2023 to September 2024, Fogarty completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship and served as Academic Chief Resident at Washington University in St. Louis from June 2021 to July 2023. Prior residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation occurred at Barnes-Jewish Hospital from July 2018 to July 2022. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from Bowdoin College.
