Brian Cope, CFE, CICA, currently serves as Senior Manager of International Trade Compliance at International Paper Company, a position held since July 2013, following a tenure as Customs Compliance Manager from 2010 to 2013. In these roles, Brian has developed and implemented comprehensive import and export compliance processes to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Prior to joining International Paper Company, Brian was Manager of Internal Control at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, where oversight of internal audit planning and execution occurred across multiple production and sales centers. Brian began a career with U.S. Customs and Border Protection as Senior Regulatory Auditor from 1997 to 2006, focusing on compliance testing and monitoring for numerous companies. Brian holds a BBA in Accounting from Morehead State University and an MBA in International Business from Northern Kentucky University.
