Melissa Nelson has a diverse work experience. Melissa started their career in 2002 at ABC Financial Services as a Technical Support Representative, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Entergy as a Programmer. In 2005, they transitioned to International Programs Group as the Director of Operations and later became the Head of Operations for the US.
