Melissa Nelson

Melissa Nelson has a diverse work experience. Melissa started their career in 2002 at ABC Financial Services as a Technical Support Representative, where they worked until 2004. In 2004, they joined Entergy as a Programmer. In 2005, they transitioned to International Programs Group as the Director of Operations and later became the Head of Operations for the US.

Melissa Nelson's education history begins in 1995 when they attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock for a General Studies program. Melissa completed their studies there in 1997, but did not obtain a degree. In 2001, they enrolled at ITT Technical Institute-Little Rock and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology, which they completed in 2003. In 2012, Melissa attended The Institutes and earned a degree in Multi-line Insurance Adjustment known as AIC. Melissa furthered their education at The Institutes in 2015 and 2016, obtaining a CPCU degree in Insurance. In addition to their degrees, Melissa has obtained several certifications from The Institutes, including AIC-M, AIC, AINS, and CPCU.
