Currently serving as Manager of Fertilizer Distribution at International Raw Materials LTD since May 2017, Paul has previously held the role of Policy, Regulation, & Sustainability Expert at Government Affairs Consulting from 2017 to March 2023. Additionally, Paul's advisory role at Keppy Family Farms reflects a deep-rooted involvement in a third-generation family farming operation. Paul also has significant experience in government affairs, having managed compliance and regulatory concerns at the American Feed Industry Association, and served as Communications Director for John Archer's congressional campaign. Paul holds a Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Economics from Iowa State University.
