Carlos Corte Real

Carlos Corte Real is an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in managing facilities operations across various sectors in Latin America. Currently serving as the Senior Facilities Manager for International Real Estate Partners since July 2021, Carlos previously held roles including Facilities Manager for Nokia Account Brasil and Facilities Coordinator at the American School of Rio de Janeiro. With extensive experience at Shell Brasil Petróleo and Souza Cruz, responsibilities have included managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex facilities management, project management, and corporate travel. Carlos possesses an MBA in Project Management from Ibmec and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, supported by a technical qualification in Civil Construction.
