John Samuels

John Samuels has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Head of Facilities Management at International Real Estate Partners (IREP) since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Operations Director at Newmark Knight Frank from April 2017 to May 2019. Before that, they were a Partner at Cluttons from January 2012 to April 2017. John also served as the Operations Director at Newmark GMS from September 2008 to December 2011. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Director at DTZ from June 2005 to September 2008. John also has a background in the British Army, where they served in the Honourable Artillery Company from April 1990 to November 2006. John also held positions at Cluttons as an Associate from June 1995 to June 2005 and at St Quintin Chartered Surveyors as a Facilities Manager from March 1989 to June 1995.

John Samuels obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Facilities Management from the University College of Estate Management from 2000 to 2002. John also holds additional certifications including CIWFM from the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Facilities Management from The College of Estate Management.
