Kasthuri Manivannan

Kasthuri Manivannan has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Kasthuri is currently the Head of Human Resources at International Real Estate Partners (IREP) since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at GSH India Private Limited as an Associate Director HR from March 2013 to March 2019. Before that, they were an Assistant Manager - HR at Dalkia India from July 2011 to February 2013. Kasthuri started their career at KU Education Digital India PVT LTD as an Assistant Manager - Operations, where they supported the HR team with various processes and managed a team for customer satisfaction and service delivery, from August 2006 to April 2011.

Kasthuri Manivannan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at A.V.C College of Arts from 2001 to 2003. Kasthuri then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications at Bharathidasan University from 2003 to 2006. Later on, from 2008 to 2010, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras. Additionally, Kasthuri Manivannan also obtained a certification as an Organization Development Certified Professional from OD Alternatives (ODA).
