Geroline Castillo

Geroline A. Castillo is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in immigration and human rights law. Currently serving as Staff Attorney and Nierenberg Litigation Fellow at the International Refugee Assistance Project since September 2019, Geroline has previously held positions as a Legal Intern at various organizations, including the Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Geroline's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and International Studies from Boston College. Additionally, Geroline has participated in strategic litigation projects focused on asylum access and has contributed as a Staff Editor for the Cardozo Law Review. Geroline is committed to addressing racial injustice and abusive immigration practices.
