Kelli Gray

Kelli Gray currently serves as the Deputy Director of Recruitment and Talent at the International Republican Institute, leading recruitment and talent management efforts for staff dedicated to advancing global democracy. Previously, Kelli Gray held multiple roles at DAI, culminating in Principal Manager of Talent Acquisition and Management, focusing on recruitment and personnel management for Global Health initiatives.
