Parker Novak is a seasoned professional in government and external affairs with extensive experience in political and democracy development. Currently serving as the Director for Government and External Affairs at the International Republican Institute, Parker also holds positions as a Nonresident Fellow at the Atlantic Council and a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior roles include Deputy Government Relations Director at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition and various management and program director positions at the International Republican Institute, focusing on Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Parker has a robust background in Congressional outreach, event moderation, and policy analysis, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management & Global Politics from The George Washington University.
