Cica Mathilda Dadjo

Cica Mathilda DADJO currently serves as the Chief Gender Equality Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Global Diversity Equality and Inclusion Team Leader at the International Rescue Committee, a position held since July 2019, where leadership is provided to a global team focused on enhancing Diversity Equality and Inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Gender Equality Advisor at CARE and National Program Quality Director at WAKILI SUBAKA, a company founded and managed by DADJO, which specializes in gender and governance expertise. In addition to freelance consultancy work in gender and development, significant contributions have been made in various organizations, including CARE and SNV, throughout a career spanning nearly two decades. Cica Mathilda DADJO holds multiple master's degrees in Governance and Development from institutions including the University of Antwerpen and University of Abomey Calavi.
