Crispian Kirk

Crispian Kirk serves as the GEDI Director for Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration at the International Rescue Committee since September 2022. As Chief Executive Officer of Pangea Markets, Inc. since 2015, Crispian founded the company to connect global markets and enhance supply chain management. Previous experience includes coordinating refugee resettlement at Church World Service from March 2021 to October 2022, and serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of OIC International from 2009 to 2019, where operations spanned 20 African countries focusing on food security and community empowerment. Crispian also held leadership roles at Bantu Consulting, Partners Title, and the NAACP, where significant contributions were made in global health initiatives, real estate transactions, and establishing the International Affairs department. Crispian holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in History from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
