Elisabeth Bond is an experienced professional in humanitarian aid and program management, currently serving as the Head of Business Development for the Middle East and North Africa at the International Rescue Committee since June 2014. In this role, Elisabeth leads a team responsible for managing a $30 million humanitarian aid portfolio focused on Turkey and Northern Syria, engaging with major donors such as DFID, USAID, and UNHCR. Prior to this, Elisabeth held positions at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant and at Creative Associates International as a Program Manager, where expertise was developed in governance, civil society programs, and business transformation initiatives. Elisabeth began her career in education as a World History Teacher at Casablanca American School after earning degrees in History and a Master's in Education from the University of Virginia.
