Eliza Parish

Eliza Parish is a Senior Partnership Manager at the International Rescue Committee since October 2023, having previously served as the Director of Development and Acting Development Director at Sustainable Organic Integrated Livelihoods (SOIL) from April 2020 to October 2023. Prior to that, Eliza held the position of Operations and Membership Manager at EPIC People from March 2020 to January 2021, and as a Business Development/Senior Project Manager at MaximusLife from November 2017 to March 2020, focusing on developing partnerships to enhance philanthropic missions. Eliza's early career includes roles as a Small Business Owner (2012-2016), a Graduate Assistant at the Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture (2009-2011), and a Program Assistant/Consultant at the International Rescue Committee (2005-2006). Eliza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Rights and Humanitarian Development from New York University and a Master of Science in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from Texas A&M University.
