Connie E. is the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, leading the premier cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City since June 2012. In addition to this venture, Connie has been a co-owner of Grupo Rexa since 2002, focusing on constructing and selling industrial properties to AAA companies in Mexico. Previous experience includes a marketing role at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011, where high-value marketing strategies were implemented, and a position as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 2005. Academically, Connie E. holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
