Gehad Amir

Gehad Amir is a Client Voice Specialist at the International Rescue Committee since September 2023, leading the Client Voices Initiative, which involves designing a Client Feedback & Response Framework and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance client responsiveness. Previously, Gehad served as an Employment Specialist, establishing partnerships to assist refugees and immigrants with job opportunities and providing coaching on resume building and interview preparation. From October 2017 to November 2020, Gehad worked as a Caseworker, successfully managing over 100 refugee cases and ensuring program compliance with a 100% emergency mitigation rate. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Paralegal at Integreon, conducting document reviews and data analysis, and as a Casework Intern at the International Rescue Committee, focusing on local program enrollment for refugees. Gehad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University.
