Heidi Rosbe

Heidi Rosbe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and educational leadership, currently serving as Senior Project Specialist for the Ahlan Simsim initiative at the International Rescue Committee since November 2018. Previously, in a role as Deputy Director at Encounter from July 2010 to November 2018, Heidi played a crucial role in organizational strategy and program development focused on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Additional significant experiences include teaching a graduate-level course at New York University and facilitating youth peacebuilding workshops at Tuesday's Children. Heidi's early career involved various consultative and leadership positions with organizations such as UNDP, Women's Refugee Commission, and the Arab American Association of New York. Heidi holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from McGill University, complemented by various certifications in leadership and conflict resolution.
