Jake Haigis

Jake Haigis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event planning and fundraising. Currently serving as Senior Officer of Strategic Events at the International Rescue Committee since November 2022, Jake focuses on high-impact events that promote IRC’s mission and engage supporters. Previously, Jake held the position of Senior Event Planner at Deloitte, managing meetings and events in the Northeast Region. Jake also contributed significantly to UNICEF USA, starting as a Youth Engagement Fellow and progressing to Manager of Special Events, where fundraising strategies were developed and implemented for various regions. Earlier roles included Internal Auditor at Luxottica and Student Programming Intern at Xavier University. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Xavier University.
