Jeffrey Welton

Jeffrey Welton is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service delivery and IT service management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Service Delivery, IT at the International Rescue Committee since November 2019, Jeffrey has previously held significant roles at Cognizant Technology Services as Sr. Manager of Service Delivery, and at Scholastic in various leadership positions, including Director of Desktop Operations & Service Management. Additional experience includes senior consultant roles at companies such as Microsoft and EMC Computer Systems, along with leadership positions at Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Lord Abbett. Jeffrey holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
