Joselyn Orellana is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional People and Culture Director and Regional Human Resource Director for Latin America at the International Rescue Committee since September 2022. Previously, Joselyn held the position of Deputy Director for Global Talent Operations at the Pan American Development Foundation and spent nearly nine years at Plan International in various roles including Regional Talent Manager and Human Resources Manager. Joselyn's career also includes roles at World Vision as Human Resource Process Lead for Central America, TELUS as Human Resources Manager, and Sykes Enterprises in multiple recruitment and compensation positions. Joselyn's education encompasses a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador, several specializations in human resources, and participation in the PCIM Leadership Program. Additionally, Joselyn is currently enrolled in the Women's Leadership Development Programme at the University of Oxford.
