Kadar Bulaale

Kadar Bulaale is an experienced professional in economic recovery and development, currently serving as an Economic Recovery and Development Officer at the International Rescue Committee since September 2024. Kadar has previously worked as a Research Assistant at 60 Decibels, and held various roles with the Norwegian Refugee Council and the Organization for Welfare & Development in Action, focusing on livelihood and food security programs. Additional experience includes positions at the International Rescue Committee, Degahbour TVET College, Save the Children International, and the Pastoral Development Bureau, where Kadar engaged in program implementation, vocational guidance, and veterinary microbiology. Kadar holds a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Jigjiga University.
