Matthew Collins-Gibson

VP, USA Philanthropy at International Rescue Committee

Matthew Collins-Gibson is the current VP of USA Philanthropy at the International Rescue Committee. Prior to this, they were with J.P. Morgan as Vice President of Legal Entity Risk Reporting and Business Management from March 2014 to February 2016. From August 2013 to March 2014, they were the Director of Development for Physicians for Human Rights. After leaving J.P. Morgan, they rejoined Human Rights Watch as Deputy Director from February 2016 to September 2021. Matthew originally worked for Human Rights Watch from October 2006 to August 2013 as Senior Director of the Global Campaign.
