Maya Samadani

Maya Samadani is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in talent management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at the International Rescue Committee since May 2014, Maya has played a pivotal role in supporting refugees by providing essential programs and resources. Prior to this, Maya was a Principal at Mercer, where expertise was applied in advising organizations on talent management. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Capital H Group, People Director at Scient, and Manager at Accenture, where a career began in technology services. Maya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Smith College and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
