Nassib Tony Rahhal

Nassib Tony Rahhal possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Planning and Operational Excellence for International Programs at the International Rescue Committee since January 2016. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Director for the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa, as well as Global Senior Human Resources Partner at the same organization. Previously, Nassib held multiple positions as People and Culture Director at World Vision from January 2011 to December 2015, and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Azadea Group from November 2009 to December 2010. Earlier in the career, Nassib served as Regional Human Resources Manager at World Vision International from October 2002 to September 2009 and as Personnel and Administration Manager at Rahhal Trading Company from January 2000 to September 2002.
