Natuhwera Mercy

Natuhwera Mercy is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, currently serving as the RMEAL Manager at the International Rescue Committee since December 2021. Prior roles include Senior Technical Data and Information Management Officer at Mildmay Uganda, where responsibilities involved ensuring quality data collection for performance monitoring, and Field-Based Research and Data Officer at Building Tomorrow, focusing on project implementation and communication. As a Biostatistician/M&E Assistant at Child and Family Foundation, Natuhwera contributed to projects addressing missed diagnoses of HIV, TB, and malnutrition, while also preparing educational workshops. Additional experience includes a part-time Research Assistant position at One Health Central and Eastern Africa. Natuhwera holds a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Educational Leadership from Uganda Management Institute and has completed postgraduate and certification programs in Monitoring and Evaluation.
