Sarah Cramer

Sarah Cramer is an experienced nonprofit professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Principal Gifts for the West Coast at the International Rescue Committee since March 2024. Sarah has held various roles in fundraising and communications, including positions as Director of Individual Philanthropy at The Trevor Project and Deputy Director of Major Gifts at Living Goods, focusing on community healthcare in East Africa. As a Principal at emberSCoaching since January 2020, Sarah supports high school students in reaching personal growth and college readiness goals. Additionally, Sarah has provided consulting services for Adopt International & Domestic Services and served as an Interim Executive Director at Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS SF).
