Tino Tirado

Tino Tirado currently serves as a Client Benefits Specialist at the International Rescue Committee, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tino was the Associate Director of the Center for Social Innovation at the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, managing partnerships and research logistics from June to December 2024. Tino's experience includes work as a Data Consultant at the Migration Policy Institute, focusing on statistical analysis of Ukrainian migrant intentions, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies, where research on democracy in Mexico was conducted. Educational background includes a Master of Public Policy from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Music from UC San Diego.
