Yara Raad

Yara Raad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program implementation within humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director at the International Rescue Committee since June 2018, Yara oversees operations, including supply chain management, administration, security, IT, and field office management. Previously, Yara held various leadership roles at World Vision from 2007 to 2017, including Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed program implementation, business development, strategy, budgeting, and proposal writing. Yara's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Notre Dame University - Louaize, a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership from Deakin University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Lebanese University, supplemented by a diploma in Professional Human Resources Management from Haigazian University.
