Dr. Swati Nayak is an experienced professional in agriculture research and development. Dr. Swati Nayak currently works as the South Asia Lead for Seed Systems and Product Management at the International Rice Research Institute. With a background in rural management and agriculture science, Dr. Swati Nayak focuses on programs that promote gender inclusion, climate adaptation, and food security. Dr. Swati Nayak 's expertise also includes entrepreneurship models, research design, data analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. Prior to their current role, Dr. Swati Nayak has worked with the National Rural Livelihood Mission and the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare in Andhra Pradesh.
